If an organization decides to work structurally with Your Safe Workspace®, the procedure is as follows

 

• Choose your package: basic, medium or premium
  
  
• Appoint an YSW coördinator. This is preferably an internal or external confidential counselor or someone from HRM.
  
  
• The coördinator takes care of:
  • the registration of the teams, planning of the YSW sessions and contact with the moderator.
• The (external) facilitators supervise the YSW sessions, make agreements and evaluate them.
  
  
• The coördinator receives:
  • a notification when a YSW session has taken place;
  • the results of a session;
  • whether aftercare is required.
